Returns & Exchanges

At Havaianas Brasil, we want you to love your summer style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn and still have their original tags and packaging attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn flip-flops or accessories back into their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 7 to 10 business days.
